Brief Key Accountabilities
- Act as the single point of contact for performance management activity and services to the client
- Develop and maintain a detailed understanding of the client’s business and the implications for JLL’s service delivery.
- Assist line manager in Manage the delivery of the building and facilities management services to the client’s facilities under JLL’s management.
- Customer relationship management;
- Liaise regularly with the client on site account performance.
- Implement JLL initiatives such as Mandatory Account Deliverables (MAD)/ JLL Quality Assurance Program (JCAP), Quality Assurance, training programmes and other initiatives as appropriate.
- Drive client strategic initiatives such as agreed savings, energy management, benchmarking, sustainability, new ways of working, improvement leap, etc.
- Manage the team to ensure the service delivery and upkeep of the facilities.
- Assist the client with the development of the property budgets and forecasts in accordance with the financial timetable. including budgets for lease administration.
- Prepare a regular performance management report to the satisfaction of the client. this to include KPI and SLA.
- Review and report against agreed SLA and KPIs.
- Manage performance delivery of JLL team member to meet with certain JLL Quality Standard
- Establish GAP analysis pertaining performance vs expectation and service delivery, create Program to eliminate the GAP
- Establish program to enhance overall performance towards expectation, to include Individual program for delivery team
- Communicate and review performance with Client on regular basis, identify room for improvement
- Relationship management and liaison with Client business managers, Building Management and local statutory authorities
