About the Role
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Personal Assistant / Villa Manager to oversee the daily operations and upkeep of private villas in the Pererenan/Canggu area. This is a hybrid position with both on-site and remote work, but will require regular travel to the property.
The ideal candidate is proactive, well-organized, and able to communicate effectively in English and be located within close proximity to Canggu. No out of Bali Applicants.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day villa operations, cleanliness, and maintenance.
- Coordinate and supervise staff, contractors, and service providers.
- Handle guest check-ins/outs, respond to inquiries, and resolve issues promptly.
- Monitor supplies and manage purchasing within budget guidelines.
- Assist with scheduling repairs, renovations, and preventative maintenance.
- Provide weekly reports on villa condition, bookings, and operational updates.
- Support the owner with additional tasks as needed (e.g., errands, coordination with vendors).
Requirements
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Must reside in Bali and be able to commute regularly to Pererenan/Canggu.
- Prior experience in hospitality, property management, or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive and dependable, with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- This role is full-time; candidates must not have other employment.

- Hybrid: Combination of on-site and remote work.
- Flexible schedule but must be available to respond to urgent matters.
