You will be matched with clients based on your skills and availability, providing personal, administrative, or executive support virtually. Assignments vary and begin once a client confirms your services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client schedules, appointments, and calendars
- Respond to emails and messages professionally and promptly
- Conduct online research and prepare reports or summaries
- Coordinate travel arrangements and bookings
- Assist with data entry, file management, and light bookkeeping
- Provide personal reminders or lifestyle support as needed
- Maintain confidentiality and act with discretion at all times
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a virtual assistant or in an administrative role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient with digital tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Zoom, Trello, Notion)
- Reliable internet connection and personal device (laptop/PC)
- Strong time management and self-organization skills
- Availability to start work based on client demand
Contract & Compensation:
- Freelance / project-based: work begins only after a client selects your service
- Competitive hourly or project-based rates depending on client agreement
- Payments made upon successful completion of assignments
