Job Description
Receive and handle complaints from patients, doctors, nurses, or other departments related to pharmacy inpatient unit services to ensure customer satisfaction with pharmacy inpatient unit services- Monitor implementation procedures and the process of providing pharmaceutical inpatient unit services in relation to established policies, standards and procedures, except for operational obstacles that may be encountered which can be followed up or escalated to interested parties
- Restore complete data and monthly reports for pharmacy inpatient units, including:
- The statistical and medicinal drug reports are almost over
- Stock and price reports
- Data quality objectives
- Narcotic and psychotropic drug stock reports
- Report data on drug returns from the treatment room
- Data on actual purchases of Cito pharmaceutical medicines
- Other reports required
- Monitor the procurement and use of medicines and general equipment, as well as the condition of cleanliness, procurement, use and maintenance of equipment in the pharmaceutical inpatient unit, so that they can be accountable to superiors
- Carrying out socialization and education to workers in the pharmaceutical inpatient unit regarding new medicines and medicines that are almost/have expired, as well as providing drug information services to all parties who need it to ensure that all relevant departments receive correct and appropriate information according to their needs.
- Monitor the refrigerator temperature as well as room temperature and humidity to optimize drug storage and management
- Implement and supervise quality and safety service procedures and practices, including attending training, collecting data, documenting and/or making reports necessary to support the achievement of overall hospital indicators and related department/unit targets
- Provide operational support to the Pharmacist Assistant in the inpatient pharmacy unit to ensure the continuity and smoothness of outpatient pharmacy services
Qualifications
Bachelor Degree from Pharmacy- Minimun 1 year work experience in a hospital or clinical pharmacy setting
- Strong clinical knowledge and skills in pharmacotherapy, drug interactions, and patient care.
- Expertise in the preparation, dispensing, and monitoring of a wide range of medication
- Familiarity with regulatory standards and guidelines related to pharmacy practice, including medication safety and controlled substances.
