Job Description:
- Create and monitor production schedules based on sales forecasts and inventory levels
- Ensure material availability and timely delivery to support production timelines
- Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, and Purchasing teams for smooth workflow
- Monitor and analyze inventory levels to minimize stock shortages or overstock
- Generate daily/weekly/monthly reports related to production and inventory
- Improve planning accuracy through data analysis and forecasting
- Assist in managing production capacity planning and material requirements
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field
- 1–2 years experience in PPIC or relevant role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and inventory/planning systems
- Detail-oriented, organized, and data-driven
- Able to coordinate cross-department and work under pressure
- Good communication and time management skills
- Understand production flow, lead time, and material planning
