We are looking for an enthusiastic Procurement Intern to assist our Procurement team with key Procurement activities. As an intern, you will gain valuable insights into the Procurement process and contribute to our operations.
What you will do but not limited to:
- Assist in gathering and analyzing data for Procurement activities, including market research and supplier evaluation.
- Support the creation and maintenance of documentation related to Procurement processes, such as proposals, reports, and supplier records.
- Participate in coordination meetings with internal teams to understand their needs and provide necessary support.
- Help to maintain a database of suppliers and their qualifications to ensure continuous assessment and improvement of Procurement strategies.
- Contribute to compiling benchmarking reports and insights that inform decision-making in Procurement activities.
- Assist in tracking procurement transactions and ensuring all documentation is in compliance with company policies.
- Engage in additional tasks as assigned by the Procurement Team.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Has Experience using SAP (or equivalent ERP systems) for managing operations, finance, and inventory.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for data management.
- Detail-oriented with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with team members.
- Available for a minimum 6-month internship commitment.
