Description
As a Product Associate at OTCA, you will support the Product Manager in executing product development strategies, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and analyzing product performance. You will gain hands-on experience managing digital products in the education industry while working in a collaborative environment focused on innovation and continuous improvement.
Requirement
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, or other relevant fields.
- 2–5 years of experience in a Product Associate, Product Analyst, or similar role (experience in EdTech or digital platforms is a plus).
- Familiar with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).
- Basic knowledge of product analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar.
- Good communication and coordination skills, able to work effectively with different departments.
- Analytical thinker with problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Interest in the education industry and willingness to learn and grow in a product management career.
Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the end-to-end product development process, from market research, requirement gathering, product testing, to release.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as Tech, Design, Academic, Marketing, and Sales to ensure product goals are met.
- Conduct product research, user testing, and competitor analysis to support product strategy decisions.
- Monitor product performance through analytics tools and generate regular reports.
- Gather and prioritize product feedback from internal stakeholders and users.
- Manage day-to-day product operations, including maintaining product documentation and backlogs.
