Jakarta Product Management Entry Level
As a Product Data Analyst & LiveOps, you will be responsible for delivering actionable insights and ensuring smooth live operations for our game. This role focuses primarily on analyzing product and user data to answer key business questions, guiding product decisions, and supporting live operations through in-game configuration, localization, and product hygiene tasks. By combining analytical expertise with operational execution, this position ensures the product continues to evolve in ways that meet player needs and market expectations.
Job Description
- Pull, clean, and analyze product and user data using SQL and other analytical tools to address business questions and uncover trends.
- Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for product and user experience improvements.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor user development, feature performance, and product health
- Design, run, and analyze experiments (i.e., A/B tests) to evaluate the impact of product features and configurations.
- Configure in-game elements such as banners, notifications, and events to align with operational schedules and market needs.
- Manage translation and localization tasks, ensuring accuracy, cultural relevance, and quality for Indonesian players.
- Support bug fixes, anti-cheat measures, and other operational tasks to maintain a smooth gameplay experience.
- Work with local and global teams to align data insights with product roadmaps, operational plans, and market strategies.
Job Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in digital product or game data analysis, with strong SQL skills and familiarity with BI tools.
- Ability to clean, model, and interpret large datasets, with experience in experiment design, evaluation, and generating actionable insights.
- Strong ability to break down game features, systems, and mechanics, linking gameplay elements to user experience and performance metrics.
- Familiarity with in-game elements related to live operations workflows, including event sections, configuration, and QA.
- Understanding of cultural nuances and best practices for localizing game content for Indonesian gamers, with strong problem-solving skills rooted in player experience.
- Proficient in SQL; experience with Python or other scripting languages for data analysis and modeling is a plus.
- Knowledge of the Indonesian gaming market, especially mobile shooter genres; familiarity with other mobile and non-mobile genres is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English; self-driven, persistent, and able to work independently while meeting deadlines.
