The Product Designer is responsible for designing intuitive, user-centered digital experiences that align with business goals and user needs. This role involves conducting user research, creating wireframes and prototypes, applying design systems, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality, accessible, and scalable product solutions across web and mobile platforms.
The Product Designer plays a key role in shaping the user journey and ensuring design decisions are informed by data, usability principles, and brand guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Design user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI for web and mobile platforms.
Ensure intuitive and consistent user experiences.
Conduct user research and usability testing.
Synthesize findings to inform design decisions.
Create interactive prototypes for validation.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and iterate designs.
Use and contribute to existing design system components.
Ensure visual and functional consistency across platforms.
Work with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to align on user and business needs.
Prepare and document designs for development.
Support developers during implementation to ensure design accuracy.
Review design performance and iterate based on data and feedback.
Stay updated with design trends and tools.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in industrial design, product design, visual communication design, fine arts, or relevant discipline.
Have 2–4 years of experience in UI/UX design or product design, working on digital platforms such as web and mobile applications.
Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams, applying user-centered design principles, and contributing to design systems is preferred.
Ability to create clean, consistent, and user-friendly interfaces.
Skill in designing user journeys, flows, wireframes, and prototypes based on user needs.
Ability to create interactive prototypes to communicate design ideas and validate interactions.
Skill in conducting interviews, surveys, and usability tests to gather user insights.
Ability to apply and contribute to existing design systems for consistency.
Strong analytical thinking to identify user pain points and propose effective design solutions.
Effective communication & teamwork with product managers, developers, researchers, and other designers.
