- Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
- Analyze market trends to understand customer needs, preferences, and behaviors.
- Use data-driven insights to support product decisions and innovation.
- Lead end-to-end development of new products or features — from planning and writing Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), designing user journeys with UX teams, reviewing UAT, conducting Production Readiness Testing (PTR), to go-live.
- Prioritize and manage product backlogs, including features, user stories, and bugs.
- Ensure development teams focus on delivering the highest-impact work.
- Prepare Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), sales/pitch decks, training materials, and all necessary product documentation.
- Maintain active communication and positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage commercial agreements with partners and formalize them through Partnership Agreements (PKS).
- Monitor product and feature performance post-launch.
- Collect user feedback and identify opportunities for continuous improvement and iteration.
- Minimum Qualifications: 4–5 years of experience in product management.
- Background in the financial industry (e.g., banking, fintech, or other financial institutions).
- Proven track record managing end-to-end product development — from ideation to go-to-market and product sunset.
- Technical Skills & Knowledge : Google Suite, Flowchart Design, Data Analysis, Product Management Tools, Figma
