Responsibilities:
Assist in maintaining and optimizing the Zoho One ecosystem (CRM, Books, Inventory, etc.)
Support internal requests by handling ticket submissions and performing minor module customizations
Attend stakeholder meetings to gather requirements and provide system-related feedback
Query databases using SQL to generate reports, extract data insights, or support dashboard creation
Participate in product management activities such as feature documentation and workflow analysis
Learn and develop consulting skills by understanding user needs and translating them into actionable solutions
Requirement & Qualifications:
Active student or recent graduate from Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering major
Familiar with database concepts and able to write basic SQL queries
Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills
Willingness to learn new business applications, especially Zoho products
Good communication skills and ability to interact with non-technical stakeholders
Has a basic understanding of product management principles and software development lifecycle
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working both independently and within a team
