Key Role:
- Project Management including Quality Surveillance and Expediting as a part of 2nd Party or 3rd party inspection of various items for various Projects.
- Manage contractual, administration and commercial aspect of the Contract
- Responsible for execution of the Project by optimum coordination of its team, distributing the work and deciding the deployment of the different experts /inspectors at each time
- Ensure qualified personnel are deployed to perform work timely
- Review work requirement, evaluate and select the competent personnel qualified to perform the work
- Maintain communication channels and any clarification with Client Representative and or other parties involved in Inspection Activities
- Take appropriate actions to minimize the schedule impact by seeking suitable replacements, in case the assigned personnel are not available for inspection Control
- Verify and approve the spent man-hours and expense budgets of personnel, before reporting to Client and Provide input to Project Admin/Cost Controller
- Report and record all non-conformances and issues promptly from client
- Obtain and review of inspection reports and approve the reports prior to submission to client
- Monitor and evaluate personnel performance during and upon completion of each assignment, address and resolve issues,
- Ensure all the relevant Assignment Document is available and is understood prior to inspection
- Be cognizant with Client requirements for the type of inspections assigned to him/her
- Review of Certificate of Conformity (CoC)
- Handling PCM Siebel software tool to monitor the Project Progress
Qualification Requirements
- S1, Bch Degree in Engineering
- Good Communication in English both Oral and written
- ISO 9K QMS knowledge and Preferable with IRCA Lead Auditor ISO 9K
- Has internal qualification certification either Welding, Painting, NDT or E&I
- Work experience as ITC Company or equivalent, with min same role
