Responsibilities
- Creating Project Documentation (Timeline, Pre-CoM Slides, CoM Slides).
- Creating Reminders of Scope of Work that will Expire Maintenance to Internal.
- Delegating Work Effectively.
- Coordinating with Internal Teams and Customers.
- Resolving Emerging Issues.
- Managing Documentation and Reports.
- Ensuring Stakeholder Satisfaction.
- Ensuring All Project Data is Logged into Gdrive.
Requirements
- Majoring in Informatics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering.
- Min GPA 3.0
- Good at Microsoft Office & Microsoft Project.
- Having experience as Project Maintenance in IT Company.
- Good in presentation.
- Good in English.
