As a Project Support Officer will cover the scoope of work that revolves in Growth & Innovation’s core business, such as: logam mulia regular, Project AIR, project seamless, and forthcoming Growth & Innovation Business Stream.

We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive Project Management Officer (PMO) to support the successful planning, execution, and delivery of strategic projects across the organization. As a Project Support Officer will cover the scoope of work that revolves in Growth & Innovation’s core business, such as: logam mulia regular, Project AIR, project seamless, and forthcoming Growth & Innovation Business Stream.
Key Responsibilities
- Primarily support day-to-day operations in projects
- Work collaboratively with Sales & Commercial Team to accommodate sales order data and track order fulfillment
- Become a go-to-person for project documentation and/or administration (e.g. generate link/voucher, transactions, promo approval)
- Maintain and nurture positive relationships with partners and vendors.
- Communicate effectively with partners to ensure their needs are met and to foster long-term collaborations.
- Manage the addition and customization of SKUs for B2B pricing, ensuring accurate and competitive pricing for business clients.
- Coordinate with the product and sales teams to update and maintain SKU details.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in project operations, logistics, or inventory management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in using inventory management software and other relevant tools.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
