What you will do
As a Purchasing Specialist, you will manage the end-to-end procurement cycle, from requisition to purchase order, ensuring accurate processing, compliance, and timely delivery of goods and services. You will act as the key link between internal stakeholders and suppliers, handling sourcing, negotiations, issue resolution, and operational support to drive efficiency and cost optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee purchase requisitions and orders, ensuring accuracy and policy compliance.
Source and evaluate suppliers, manage spot buys, and conduct bid processes.
Resolve procurement issues (pricing, delays, discrepancies) to minimize disruption.
Build strong supplier relationships, monitor performance, and support continuous improvement.
Provide daily procurement support to operations and cross-functional teams.
Maintain procurement records, support audits, and generate reports on key metrics.
Collaborate with stakeholders to align procurement activities with business needs.
What you should bring

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
2-4 years of procurement/operations experience, preferably in outsourcing or manufacturing.
Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
Proficiency in procurement tools, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office.
