Job Description:
- Assist in the development, implementation, maintenance, and improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with Integrated Management System (ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001), BRCGS Packaging Material, SMETA or other relevant standards.
- Prepare and maintain QMS documentation, including quality manuals, Policy, procedures, work instructions, records and all supporting document related Risk Management, External Standard and Audit Record.
- Conduct internal audits as scheduled as an auditor and assist with external audits from customers or certification bodies.
- Collaboration with other departments for Investigation Internal & external issues to ensure reduction/elimination of issues that occur.
- Monitor the follow-up of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Review and evaluate the effectiveness of QMS processes.
- Prepare periodic reports on QMS performance and Management Review.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure compliance with quality requirements.
- Assist in managing quality-related risks and opportunities.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor related to the development and management of QMS.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree (S1), preferably in Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, Management, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in QMS management, preferably in manufacturing / service industry.
- Certified as an internal auditor of ISO 9001, Food Safety or other quality management system standards (is a plus).
- Ability to develop and maintain QMS documentation.
- Understanding risk management concepts and principles, with the ability to implement them within quality management system (QMS) processes and procedures.
- Knowledge of Lean tools (e.g., 5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping) or Six Sigma tools (e.g., DMAIC, Statistical Process Control).
- Understanding of Root Cause Analysis (RCA) concepts and methodologies to identify the underlying causes of product and process issues.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and meticulous.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- English proficiency (minimum passive), preferably active.
