SUMMARY
To assist the Quality Assurance function as technical support in issues affecting manufacturing. To support and drive corrective action efforts.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure capability studies are performed on critical processes.
- Perform first article inspection and review visual aids.
- Perform defect analysis reporting.
- Perform MRB on sustained products.
- Participate in CAC meetings – support continuous improvement.
- Perform line and product audits.
- Assist Quality Engineering in APQP.
- Adhere to all safety and health rules and regulations associated with this position and as directed by the supervisor.
- Comply and follow all procedures within the company security policy.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Technical/Engineering fields.
- At least 3 years of working experience in the Aerospace or Automotive industries.
- Understanding of Quality Management Systems like ISO 9001 (AS9100 is an advantage)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (in Bahasa and English)
- Experience in quality assurance, with experience in quality control roles, including knowledge of measuring equipment and blueprint reading.
- Experience in conducting quality audits to assess compliance with established standards and identify areas for improvement.
- Experience in the machining process, especially in a shop-floor-based quality role, is highly valued.
- Ability to manage and assess the quality of suppliers and their products, ensuring they meet the required standards.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, problems, and root causes, and develop effective solutions.
- Ability to use statistical tools and techniques to analyze data, identify trends, and drive quality improvements.
- Certifications like an Internal auditor or related to the Quality field can be beneficial.
