1.Control & monitor performance analysis of Sales forces (production and persistence) to manage and improve sales quality. 2.Control & monitor post sales interview to sales forces to get feedback regarding sales process and standard practice for mitigation and improve sales quality.3.Handling cases regarding code of conduct, Forgery-Fraud, Misappropriate Premium, and customer major complaint.
