Key Responsibilities
- Welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner
- Manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel or department
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting visitors with information
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Address inquiries and resolve issues courteously and efficiently
- Keep track of appointment calendars and communicate any changes
- Maintain a communication log for reference
- Effectively manage multiple tasks, such as handling phone calls while assisting visitors and coordinating appointments
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to privacy policies
Qualifications
- Proven experience of work as Front Liner/Receptionist or in a similar role
- Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities
- Strong focus on providing exceptional customer service
- Capable of handling multiple tasks and managing priorities effectively
- Maintain a neat and professional appearance
