General Description
Sales Administrator will provide essential support to the sales team in managing day-to-day operations and ensuring smooth execution of sales activities. This role is responsible for handling sales documentation, maintaining accurate records, coordinating with internal departments, and assisting with customer inquiries. By ensuring efficient processes and timely follow-ups, the Sales Administrator plays a key role in supporting the team to achieve business targets and deliver excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Process sales orders, quotations, and invoices accurately and on time.
- Maintain and update customer and sales records
- Follow up with customers for sell-out reports and maintain the database.
- Coordinate with logistics, finance, and other departments to ensure timely deliveries and correct billing.
- Manage salesman activity reports (daily, weekly, monthly).
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and assist with issue resolution.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and sales procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in sales administration, sales support, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM/ERP systems.
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong data management and reporting skills.
- Proficient in preparing accurate sales reports and forecasts.
- Good coordination skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle order or delivery issues.
