Job Description:
As a Sales Assistant, you will provide support to the store manager and ensure smooth daily operations. This role is ideal for individuals looking to grow in the retail industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in-store and provide detailed product specification.
- Ensure the store environment remains clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Handle basic cashier duties, including processing transactions and packing orders.
- Restock and organize inventory.
- Assist in arranging in-store promotions, sales events, and special displays.
- Manage customer orders, ensuring accurate tracking and follow-up.
- Work closely with the fellow Salesperson and management team to support overall operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or post-secondary education.
- Experience in retail/hospitality is a plus, but not required.
- Friendly, professional, and service-oriented personality.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Fluent in English.
