Job Purpose

As a Sales Data Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining data integrity within the DIS system, ensuring accuracy when processing update requests from distributors and the sales team. This accuracy is critical as it serves as the foundation for reporting actual achievements and supports cross-departmental functions such as demand forecasting and target setting. Additionally, this role plays a key part in providing DIS expertise across various projects, including system implementation and enhancement initiatives.
Main Responsibilities
- Maintain and ensure the quality and accuracy of sales data within the MBI Sales system and its extensions (e.g., Power BI).
- Assist in commercial project implementation related to MBI Sales system.
- Ensure the timely capture of daily sales data within the MBI Sales system and facilitate a smooth monthly sales closing process.
- Verify, update, and maintain master data for all distributors, including dimensions and customer cards.
- Work closely with the sales team and distributors to ensure a seamless end-to-end process and high-quality data management.
- Assist the Sales Analytics Manager/Sales Analyst in managing projects related to MBI Sales system, particularly in distributor system implementation and integration.
- Generate accurate and timely sales and commercial reports, ensuring reliability for key decision-making at the MT and distributor levels.
- Manage the monthly distributor KPI process, from target dissemination to payment reporting, ensuring high accuracy and adherence to strict timelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Finance, IT, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales business analytics.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Excel.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to be placed in Talavera office
Tools Provided: Laptop.
