Job Description
- Monitoring the sales performance of the sales team
- Monitoring and reviewing store targets
- Proposing & reviewing sales team rewards and punishments (incentives and consequence management)
- Analyze and submit manpower headcount for the number of sales teams needed from promoter level to regional level
- Monitor the sales team recruitment process and act as a bridge to third parties if there are obstacles in the sales team recruitment process.
Qualifications
- Bachelor or Diploma Degree
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in a financial company (sales support)
- Required Skill(s): Expert in MS Excel and MS Power Point
- Can work independently and in a team
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Sales - Financial Services (Insurance, Unit Trust, etc) or equivalent
