Job Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or other related technical fields
- Prior experience or interest in medical devices/aesthetic devices is a plus
- Strong communication and persuasion skills, with the ability to explain technical topics in a simple, clear manner
- Fun, cheerful, and approachable personality – you’ll be working closely with doctors and clinic staff
- Able to work on-the-go and collaborate across departments
- Fast learner with a willingness to understand product specs and service offerings
Job Responsibilities
- Maintaining professional and positive relationships with clinic owners, doctors, and key stakeholders
- Acting as a branding ambassador for idsMED’s after-sales service: friendly, professional, and solutions-driven
- Offering and explaining Contract Service programs to clients, including benefits, coverage, and pricing
- Coordinating with the technical and sales team to ensure smooth and timely service delivery
- Gathering customer feedback and creating follow-up reports
- Actively engaging in after-sales programs such as free check-ups, Inspector tool deployment, and clinic loyalty initiatives
- Contributing to service revenue growth through effective communication and value-driven selling
