Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the automotive sales team to achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
Analyze automotive market trends and customer preferences to develop effective sales strategies.

Work closely with the marketing department to plan promotions, campaigns, and lead-generation activities.

Qualifications:
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Management, Marketing, or a related field.
At least 1 year of experience as a Sales Supervisor, preferably in the automotive industry.
Strong leadership qualities with proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
Results-oriented and capable of working under pressure in a target-driven environment.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Solid understanding of sales processes and automotive industry dynamics.
