Live QA team is part of the Trust & Safety or Live Operations function. We ensure content moderation quality and compliance with community guidelines to keep Live platform a safe, positive, and engaging environment for all users. We work closely with moderators, policy, training, and product teams across regions.
Please note that this role may involve exposure to sensitive or potentially harmful content. This can occur as a core part of the role, during specific projects, in response to escalation requests, or incidentally during routine work.
The content may appear in various formats, including images, videos, and text. While some of this material reflects every day life, it can also include, but is not limited to content related to bullying, hate speech, child safety concerns, self-harm, violence, or harm to animals.

Responsibilities:
1. Performing daily sampling tasks for audit purposes.
2. Conducting thorough data analysis, providing feedback on identified problems, and handling necessary escalations.
3. Providing weekly feedback on moderation quality and offering suggestions for improvement.
4. Providing feedback and analysis on policy updates to identify areas of improvement and potential gaps.
5. Collaborating with moderation teams and Market POC to ensure moderation quality meets the standard.
6. Participating in the development of quality inspection standards and continuously optimizing the process and system platform.
