As a Scheduler, you will be responsible to demonstrate a high level of skill in planning Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Project Management projects using computer based planning and scheduling techniques
To succeed in this role, you should have experience in mining construction project with a min. 10 years' experience in project scheduling and controls.

What You'll Do:
We’re looking for a Scheduler to join our Indonesia team.
The role responsibilities include:
- Demonstrate a high level of skill in planning Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Project Management projects using computer based planning and scheduling techniques.
- Prepare standardized scheduling documents to be followed by others in the preparation of their area specific schedule and assemble to resulting areas schedules into a single integrated schedule along with explanatory reports.
- Monitor progress during the study against the study schedule, identify areas of slippage for attention, and forecast the completion date.
- Ensure construction work conforms to applicable specifications, codes, and standards.
- Promote interdisciplinary communications on projects.
- Demonstrate Primavera Project Planning software operating expertise
- Ensure project scope, budgets and schedules for construction are effectively communicated and met on projects.
- Responsible for implementing modifications to provide a cost-effective planning service within assigned budget constraints.
- Degree in a relevant field or equivalent
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in project scheduling and controls
- Prior experience in mining construction project advantageous
- Ability to apply Critical Path Method planning techniques to develop detail Engineering and Installation Project networks and schedules
- Focal Point for recommending training and development requirements for any subordinate planning personnel.
- Demonstrate a high level of skill in planning Mining, Minerals and Metals Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Project Management using computer-based planning and scheduling techniques.
- High level of proficiency in Oracle Primavera P6
