Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for prospective parents and students.
- Provide clear, helpful information about the school, curriculum, and admission procedures.
- Handle inquiries via phone, email, social media, and walk-in visits.
- Assist with application processing, entrance assessments, and school tours.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and applicants in the admissions system.
- Support marketing initiatives and school events related to student recruitment.
- Collaborate closely with academic and administrative teams to ensure a smooth enrollment process.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Education, Marketing, or related field.
- Prior experience in school admissions, customer service, or front office roles is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and spoken).
- Friendly, professional, and service-oriented personality.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Tech-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office and online communication platforms.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
