Qualifications:
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong administrative and organizational abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Open to fresh graduates who are motivated and willing to learn
- Professional, punctual, and trustworthy
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform daily administrative tasks such as document preparation, filing, and scheduling
- Handle email and written correspondence in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Support lawyers and staff with clerical and coordination tasks
- Maintain organized records and ensure confidentiality
- Greet and assist clients visiting the office
