Responsibilities
- Develop innovative architectural and interior design concepts for projects, ensuring alignment with client needs and project goals.
- Prepare detailed engineering design drawings with precision and accuracy.
- Create high-quality 3D renderings to enhance project presentations.
- Leverage experience in designing luxury hotels and villas, focusing on both architecture and interiors.
- Collaborate effectively with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and communication.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience as Junior Architect.
- Experienced in architectural and interior design.
- Proven experience in project management.
- Proficient in English, with excellent communication skills.
- Strong skills in 3D rendering and visualization.
- Experience with subdivision layouts and complete construction drawings.
- Comprehensive knowledge of obtaining building permits (IMB) and managing the application process.
- Skilled in creating full Bills of Quantities (BQ) for construction projects.
