RESPONSIBILITIES
This position is to manage AN-EN (Animal Nutrition-Essential Nutrition) Methionine business and customer relationship in Indonesia
Collection on market intelligence (customers' and competition's activities)
Build and execute strong account plans for customers who dominate a substantial market share in the country
Submission of timely customers' call reports after visit and product forecast
Timely follow up on overdue / AR
Actively in search of customers' opportunities (in form of business development, amino service, NVC, etc) and build a sustainable opportunity pipeline in accordance to Regional PL (Product Line) head's direction
Execute the agreed volume and pricing plan in accordance to PL (Product Line) head's direction
Key account management, especially large key accounts
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelors/Masters in Animal Sc/Agricultural Sc/Vet Sc/general Sc background from a reputed University.
A degree/diploma in management would be preferred as additional qualification.
Minimum 10 years of experience in the relevant field of Animal Health/Animal Nutrition companies in a leading commercial/technical/techno-commercial role
Experience in managing regional key accounts
Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia & English
Willing to travel
