As Senior Enterprise Sales you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, ensuring seamless client implementation, and coordinating large-scale hiring projects.
Responsibilities:
Drive revenue growth by increasing client engagement and usage each month.
Minimize churn and retain existing clients through proactive relationship management.
Strengthen partnerships by identifying cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.
Acquire new clients, with a focus on mass hiring projects for existing accounts.
Maintain strong relationships with partners to generate new client opportunities indirectly.
Coordinate the execution of online assessments and recruitment activities with the support and implementation teams.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (S1) in a relevant field (Business, Marketing, HR, or related).
Have 3+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development.
A strong track record in selling HR & assessment solutions.
Excellent negotiation, client management, and communication skills.
Hands-on experience handling enterprise clients and large-scale contracts.
Experience managing mass hiring projects is a plus!
