CORE WORK ACTIVITIES
Accounting & Reporting Responsibilities
- Assists with Period, Quarter and Year-end closing procedures.
- Assist in the review of reports prepared by the accounting teams.
- Prepare:
- Variance analysis and commentaries for the assigned Business Units.
- Management Incentive & Commission Calculations.
- Management reports, presentation decks & minutes as required.
- Able to conduct presentation on behalf of DOF as required.
Forecast/Budget/Strategic Process/LRP
- Prepare & manage the forecast/budget/strategic/LRP process for the assigned area.
Analytics
- Deliver analysis and insight on business opportunities, providing sensitivity analysis for business decisions as assigned.
- Provide analytical support for all business cases/analysis as assigned.
Projects and Policies
- Support RDOF and DOF to ensure internal control objectives are documented and met.
- Provide support for all ad hoc projects as assigned.
It is foreseeable that this job could take on more duties as the company grows, around analysis or general accounting.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
The education, experience, skills and attributes important for this position are:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
- At least 4 years of finance and accounting experience, preferably with some commercial analytics experience.
- Experience with Multi-National Corporation preferred.
- Strong Excel skills are required (Advanced Level).
- Ability to work with people at all organizational levels.
- Strong communication skills.
- Positive attitude.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, priorities, reporting units and tight deadlines.
- Self-driven, independent and able to work in a team.
- Well-organized and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
