Job Description
At Traveloka, Product Manager role is at the heart of our company. We are looking for a Product Manager who is passionate about driving innovation and building a product that users love! You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build, and roll-out the product that delivers the company’s vision and strategy.What you'll be doing:- Identify manual and repetitive operational tasks across the product lifecycle and develop solutions to automate them using technologies like RPA, AI, or alternative methods.
- Analyze operational bottlenecks, propose innovative automation solutions, and drive the implementation of new processes to reduce manual efforts and increase efficiency. Ensure automation is scalable, reliable, and aligned with the business objectives.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to understand pain points and inefficiencies, ensuring proposed solutions meet their needs. Influence stakeholders to prioritize automation efforts based on impact and value.
- Provide technical operations support for internal and external stakeholders regarding Traveloka products and systems. Independently manage and resolve operational issues and requests in a timely manner, ensuring minimal disruption to the business.
- Actively participate in the product development lifecycle, providing insights on operational needs and how automation can be leveraged to optimize product delivery and functionality.
- Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date operation process documentation, automation guidelines, and product knowledge bases. Ensure stakeholders are well-informed on process changes, automation tools, and best practices.
- Analyze operational data to generate actionable insights for continuous product and process improvements. Identify opportunities for automation and improvement within both current and future products.
- Plan, manage, and prioritize multiple projects based on urgency and importance, ensuring timely delivery of automation solutions while balancing competing demands.
- Communicate concisely with stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment on project goals, automation solutions, and product improvements. Influence teams to adopt automation initiatives that bring the most value to the organization.
- Build and maintain strong relationships across teams to understand operational needs, pain points, and opportunities for automation, both in the short and long term.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience at top-tier multinational tech or engineering firms, multinational banks, or a credible and strong track record in supporting building or growing a business.
- At least a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or other fields from top local or overseas universities with strong academic results.
- Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies; with an aptitude towards solving complex problems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and strong intuitions of user behaviors. Have a strong willingness to learn and adapt to change quickly.
- Very good attention to details.
- Self-starter with a strong sense of curiosity, strong ownership, a bias for action, and a can-do attitude.
- Experienced in breaking down needs into product requirements and communicating them to the respective functions like engineers, design, or data team.
- Able to highly collaborate with cross-functional teams with proven abilities to navigate stakeholders to deliver outcomes.
- Able to communicate in English and Indonesia, via a verbal and written medium.
