Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute innovative social media strategies to promote yachts, yacht charters, yacht events, and related services.
- Create engaging content including posts, videos, stories, and graphics tailored to different social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Manage and grow social media accounts organically and through paid advertising campaigns.
- Monitor social media trends, industry news, and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media efforts with broader marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Analyze social media performance metrics, generate reports, and provide insights to optimize future strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media tools, algorithms, and best practices to maximize reach and engagement.
- Coordinate with influencers, brand ambassadors, and partners to amplify our brand presence and reach new audiences.
- Ensure brand consistency and uphold high-quality standards across all social media channels.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in social media management, preferably in the luxury lifestyle, travel, or marine industry.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Creative thinking and the ability to conceptualize and execute engaging content ideas.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Passion for yachting and a genuine interest in luxury lifestyle brands.
- Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
