Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position in a reputable hotel, villa, or restaurant
- Strong leadership skills and ability to guide junior staff
- Excellent communication skills and guest-oriented attitude
- Well-groomed and professional appearance
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
- Confident in handling guest complaints with a professional approach
- Good knowledge of service flow from greeting to closing
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Willing to work in a shifting schedule
- Willing to be placed in Kaamala Resort Ubud
