How did we manage to do that?

How did it all start?
Founded on March 15, 1991, in Surabaya as PT Anglomas International Bank (Amin Bank), thebank was acquired by Tolaram Group and transformed to PT Bank Amar Indonesia (Amar Bank)in 2014. It has then undergone a significant digital transformation to become one of thecountry's forerunning fintech institutions through its award-winning digital lending platform,Tunaiku.

Responsibilities
- Produce engaging and relevant content (posts, videos, graphics, stories, reels) to educate, entertain, and connect with audiences across multiple social media platforms.
- Craft compelling copy and scripts that align with brand messaging and marketing strategies.
- Create visually appealing designs and videos, from concept to final edit.
- Stay up-to-date with current social media trends, memes, and cultural moments, integrating them into content.
- Analyze social media metrics to evaluate content performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a social media content creator, copywriter, or similar role.
- Super creative with a strong sense of humor and a youthful mindset.
- Ability to work independently on ideation and execution without waiting for detailed directions.
- Strong writing and communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Proficiency in visual design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator) and video editing software (e.g., CapCut, Premiere Pro).
- Understanding of social media algorithms and trends for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Ability to interpret social media analytics and optimize content accordingly.
Bonus Point If
- Experience working with influencers or UGC creators.
- Skills in basic photography/videography.
- Understanding of SEO for social media.
