Social Media Content Strategist
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media and Content Creation (70%):
- Content Production: Create and produce daily photos and videos for social media platforms. Capture and share live content during special events. Suggest trending videos and sounds for use.
- Video Engagement: Produce engaging videos, including stitching, duetting, and utilizing trending sounds.
- Content Strategy & Distribution: Develop and manage daily content creation, distribution, and calendar management aligned with the company's business objectives.
- Consistency: Ensure consistency in visual elements and brand tone across all platforms.
- Platform-Specific Content: Craft high-quality written and visual content tailored for each social media platform, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and others.
- Influencer Outreach: Maintain relationships with influencers, respond to their inquiries, and provide thorough information and feedback. Send outreach messages to recruit influencer partners, answer support emails, and send reminders to ensure campaign deadlines are met. Follow up with thank-you messages post-campaign.
- Community Management: Oversee all aspects of social media interaction between customers and the company, ensuring a positive customer service experience.
- User-Generated Content (UGC): Curate, save, repost, and share high-quality UGC.
- Engagement: Respond to comments and direct messages (DMs). Build brand awareness by engaging with relevant influencers and industry professionals. Spend 15 minutes daily engaging with lookalike audiences on the explore page and followers.
- Trend Analysis: Stay updated on the latest TikTok trends, challenges, and viral sounds.
- Collaborations: Work with influencers and other creators for joint content.
- Content Analytics: Monitor performance metrics and adjust content strategies based on data insights.
Art Direction (30%):
- Innovative Work: Produce fresh, innovative work that translates complex ideas into compelling print and digital experiences for visually trendy audiences.
- Brief Development: Define photography and videography briefs.
- Production Support: Aid in the planning, visual content direction, shot list creation, prop orchestration, and final production of photo and video content.
- Creative Conceptualization: Conceptualize, develop, and implement mood boards.
- Design Review: Determine which photographs, art, or other design elements to use. Review and approve designs, artwork, photography, and graphics developed by the Graphic Designer in collaboration with the Marketing Manager.
- Brainstorming Sessions: Conduct brainstorming sessions with the Marketing Manager, maintaining strategic and creative thinking to develop innovative and actionable creative initiatives.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English : Strong proficiency in both written and oral communication.
- Bali-Based: This is an on-site position, so candidates must reside in Bali.
- Camera Skills : Owning a camera is a plus, but not a requirement.
Working Hours: 5 days a week
Flexibility : Must be available for weekends, special events, and new activations, with the possibility of starting earlier or finishing later than regular office hours.
