We’re expanding in Indonesia and are looking for a passionate Social Media Specialist to join our team!
What You’ll Do
1. Manage & Grow our official social media channels (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Xiaohongshu) to boost brand awareness, followers, and engagement.
2. Plan & Execute social media strategies to strengthen our brand presence, grow online communities, and increase user interaction.
3. Track & Optimize performance through metrics such as follower growth, engagement, and content reach to continuously improve results.
4. Work with KOLs/KOCs by identifying, negotiating, and managing influencer collaborations to maximize campaign impact.
5. Run Creative Campaigns by leveraging local trends, platform features, and user insights to increase cross-channel activity and retention.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Indonesian, fluent in English or Chinese.
- Strong understanding of TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Xiaohongshu, including platform ecosystems, algorithms, and content guidelines.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on social media experience, with a proven track record of growing accounts from scratch (5k+ followers).
- Creative, proactive, and able to independently plan and deliver engaging content and campaigns.
- Deep understanding of local culture and trends, with solid connections to local KOLs/KOCs.
- Proficient in social media tools, with strong skills in data analysis and content planning.
- Basic skills in photo editing (Photoshop), shooting, and video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro) - is a plus
