Responsibilities:

In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities: • Monitor all operations that affect quality. • Supervise and guide quality inspectors, technicians and other staff. • Assure the reliability and consistency of production by checking processes and final output. • Using a quality management system as part of a culture of continuous improvement. • Reviews and recommends approvals for deviations, QA holds, rework, and in-process adjustments. • Investigates non conformances and deviations as needed. • Reviews and approves finished product specifications. • Ensures collaborative process development, continuous improvement and problem solving with quality control, production and maintenance. • Devise procedures to inspect and report quality issues. • Facilitate proactive solutions by collecting and analyzing quality data. • Review current quality standards and policies. • Keep records of quality reports, statistical reviews and relevant documentation. • Ensure all legal standards are met. • Communicate with external quality assurance officers during on-site inspections.Disclaimer:
