- Bachelor's degree in education or related area.
- Experience in operating or maintaining lab and/or studio equipment is preferred.
- Basic technical skills in electronics, audio-visual systems, mechanical tools, or computing devices (depending on the lab/studio type).
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work collaboratively with academic staff and students.
- Attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations in lab and studio environments.
- Willing to work flexible hours if required (e.g., during special events or extended lab/studio sessions).
