- Manage bookings received through various communication channels, including phone, WhatsApp, email, and walk-in visits, with professionalism and attention to detail.
- Strive to increase the conversion rate of each booking interaction whether via phone, WhatsApp, email, or walk-inby providing clear information and appropriate solutions to customers.
- Ensure the availability of vehicles, both cars and buses, on the booking date, and guarantee that vehicle pick-up processes are carried out according to the agreed schedule.
- Provide support and effective solutions to resolve any issues or concerns experienced by customers, whether related to bookings or services received.
- Conduct outbound calls, customer satisfaction surveys, and canvassing activities to promote services and build relationships with potential new customers.
- Work towards achieving the set revenue targets by focusing on effective booking management and improving customer satisfaction
- Minimum education of a Diploma (D3) in any major
