- Own and maintain line loading plans, ensuring alignment with forecast, customer commits, and available capacity
- Define line configuration and layout plans based on product mix, technology roadmap, and equipment availability
- Work closely with production to balance output across shifts andlines, identifying bottleneck and enabling fast resolution Drive continuous improvement in line utilization, productivity and takttime.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Degree or Master in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or Engineering
- Proven experience in production planning, line balancing and factory capacity modeling
- Strong knowledge of backend operation
- Familiar with MES, Factory Simulation tools
- Proficient in Excel
- Strong leadership and cross functional coordination abilities
- Excellent analytical and system thinking skills
- Clear communication - able to present complex data for desicion-making Ability to work under pressure and in fast paced manufacturing environment.
