About The Role
We are seeking a skilled Structural Engineer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and reviewing structural elements for various construction projects, ensuring compliance with SNI / Eurocode / ACI standards. The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving skills and experience working on civil and infrastructure projects.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform structural analysis and design of buildings, bridges, and other civil infrastructure.
- Ensure designs comply with SNI / Eurocode / ACI or other applicable standards.
- Prepare engineering drawings, reports, and calculations.
- Conduct site inspections and provide technical support during construction.
- Collaborate with architects, drafters, project managers, suppliers, and other engineers for project coordination.
- Assess material specifications and construction methodologies for project feasibility.
- Perform load calculations, foundation designs, and seismic analysis.
- Ensure quality control and compliance with safety regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Structural Focus preferred).
- Minimum 1 year in structural design, preferably in civil contracting or consulting firms. (Fresh Graduates are welcomed)
- Proficiency in Dlubal RFEM, StaadPro, ETABS, SAP2000, Tekla, AutoCAD, Revit.
- Strong understanding of concrete and steel structures.
- Experience with seismic and wind load analysis.
- STRI, SKK, or other relevant engineering certifications (Preferred but not mandatory)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong English communication skills (spoken & written)
