Job Summary:
The role is responsible for supporting the development and execution of digital strategy initiatives, coordinating cross-functional digital projects, conducting research on digital trends, and acting as a business partner to key stakeholders. The position ensures digital initiatives align with business goals and supports innovation and transformation through collaborative efforts.
Responsibilities:
1. Digital Strategy and Execution• Support the development and tracking of digital strategy KPIs and initiatives.
• Assist in preparing strategic documents, reports, and roadmaps.
2. Digital Business Development and Trend Research• Research and analyze digital trends and propose ideas for business relevance.
• Support business case development and data gathering for new opportunities.
3. Digital Project Management and Execution• Coordinate assigned digital projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables.
• Maintain project documentation, risk logs, and reporting tools.
4. Business Partner and Stakeholder Management• Coordinate meetings with business stakeholders and support relationship building.
• Collect business input and feedback on digital initiatives and report progress.
5. Strategic Meeting and Event Management• Organize digital-related workshops, forums, and reviews.
• Prepare presentations and capture meeting outcomes for follow-up.
Qualifications:
Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience
• 1 year or more in digital strategy, business development, or a related field.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships.
