QUALIFICATIONS:
- Fulltime WFO and JOIN ASAP
- Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, communication, public relations, marketing or other related majors.
- 4-6 years working experience in Livesteaming or Live Commerce (retail Fashion or Beauty industry)
- Experience in managing and optimizing streaming channels, especially Shopee and Tiktok
- Strategic and data-oriented
SCOPE OF WORK:
- Handle all brand accounts LASKALA GROUP (Laskala Batik, Laskala Basic, XLUNO, Laskala Perfume)
- Monitoring livestreaming data (CTR, CTO, GPM, ERR, etc) to improve account performance
- Register for certain campaigns or events (payday/double date) held by the platform
- Determine prices, gimmicks, promotions to increase sales
- Create flash sale, daily vouchers according to the products in livestreaming
- Able to stabilize the account when there is a decrease in traffic
- Able to attract organic traffic when livestreaming takes place
- Create a plans such as backup products, set products, bundling, buy 1 get 1, or other special promotion
- Do a report to the CEO about the progress team every quarter and stock opname every 3 months
- Ensure the team to do livestreaming according to directions such as today’s promo, gimmick, and given strategy
- Give training, evaluation, briefing to the team day by day to improve teams ability
