Job Descriptions:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding for office, warehouse, and field positions.
- Collaborate with department heads (Sales, Warehouse, Marketing, etc.) to identify manpower needs and ensure recruitment timelines are met.
- Handle mass recruitment initiatives to support operational demands, including recruitment events and partnerships with job platforms.
- Supervise HR administrative functions, including employment contracts, personnel data management, attendance, and payroll inputs.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations, BPJS (Health & Employment), and other statutory requirements.
- Manage employee relations issues by acting as a mediator and providing first-line resolutions for workplace conflicts.
- Coordinate performance appraisal cycles and assist in monitoring employee development programs.
- Lead HR projects such as organizational culture building, employee engagement programs, and HRIS implementation.
- Prepare HR reports and analytics for management, providing insights for workforce planning and decision-making.
- Supervise and mentor junior HR team members to ensure smooth daily HR operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Law, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in HR, preferably in the retail industry.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian Labor Law and Industrial Relations practices.
- Excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and multitasking.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); HRIS experience is a plus.
