Key Responsibilities:
- Actively source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, social media, and talent databases.
- Screen CVs and shortlist profiles that match job requirements and company culture.
- Build and maintain a robust candidate pool for current and future positions.
- Conduct initial candidate outreach and pre-screening calls.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and sourcing strategies.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year experience in recruitment with a strong focus on sourcing.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field.
- Proven track record of finding hard-to-reach candidates.
- Proficient in Boolean search and advanced sourcing techniques.
- Excellent communication and networking skills.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneously.
