Wahana Visi Indonesia is a Christian humanitarian organization dedicated to work and collaborate to empower the most vulnerable children, family and community through community development, advocacy, and emergency response for sustainable transformation regardless of religion, race, ethnic or gender.
Since 1998, Wahana Visi Indonesia has carried out various community development programs focusing on children. Hundred thousands of children in Indonesia have been benefited from WVI’s accompaniment program. Wahana Visi Indonesia is a trusted partner of World Vision International.
Key Responsibilities:
Job Purpose :
Responsible for institutionalize competency development program with all business process and resources required, include seeking for alternative funding resources for WV Indonesia capacity building need to strengthen the quality of our program delivery.
Strategy Development & Planning
- Contribute to the development and implementation of talent management strategies aligned with the organization's goals.
- Co-design of organization’s learning architecture, leadership development, and internal mobility frameworks.
- Assist in planning succession strategy and capacity building initiatives.
- Design and implement staff learning and development programs, including NDMT (National Disaster Management Training).
- Develop leadership training and career development pathways.
Capacity Building
- As resource person for all talent development aspect i.e. organization competency, learning architecture, staff capacity building, talent & succession management
- Support managers in coaching and other people development practices
- Perform as internal trainer/facilitator for key topics (performance management, CFP, PIP etc.)
Accountability & Quality Assurance
- Monitor the effectiveness of development programs through evaluations and feedback mechanisms.
- Ensure alignment of performance management systems with learning initiatives. (Manage and ensure quality of the Performance Management System – Processes, Calibration, Documentation)
- Regularly review and update development content to meet evolving organizational needs.
- Facilitate the identification and development of high-potential staff.
- Maintain data and reports on learning completion, LMS Engagement, and Development Progress.
Networking & Relation
- Collaborate with internal leaders and departments to align learning needs and priorities.
- Build and maintain professional networks with external learning providers and institutions.
- Represent the organization in L&D networks to adopt best L&D practices.
- Support organization-wide initiatives in leadership development and internal mobility
- Promote learning culture and LMS adoption across the organization.
Management
- Develop and manage annual performance agreement
- Submits periodical/ monthly accomplishment report
- Build and maintain positive spirit of working in team with other staff in respective unit and department
- Provide Christian value and support to enrich the organization's life, faith, Christian commitments and ministry
- to the disadvantaged children and communities we seek to serve.
- Be a role model and inspiration in managing work, communication and relationship with internal staff and external parties.
- Manage all risks related to P&C matters according to organization policies, guidelines, and standard. This includes risks in fraud, safeguarding, and other related risks.
The Qualifications :
- Bachelor degree, preferably from Psychology, with master degree as Psychologists is an advantage.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Talent Development.
- Experience with international humanitarian organizations, non-government or government institutions/organizations is an advantage.
- Good network with learning providers and institutions is an advantage
- Certified in Training Development and Delivery is an advantage.
