Our client, one of the largest logistics companies in Indonesia, is seeking a Talent Development Specialist to strengthen their Human Resources team. The role will focus on training & development initiatives as well as performance management programs. Proficiency in Mandarin is required to support cross-border collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and monitor training & development programs to support employee growth and organizational capability.
- Conduct training needs analysis (TNA) and coordinate with internal stakeholders to identify skill gaps.
- Develop and deliver learning modules, workshops, and e-learning content.
- Administer and improve the company’s performance management system (goal setting, mid-year and annual reviews, calibration, and feedback process).
- Partner with managers and leaders to drive employee engagement, development, and retention initiatives.
- Track and analyze training effectiveness and performance outcomes, providing reports and recommendations for improvement.
- Communicate with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders for training, reporting, and coordination.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Talent Development, Training, or Performance Management, ideally in a large-scale or multinational company.
- Strong knowledge of training design, delivery, and evaluation methods.
- Experience in managing or supporting performance management cycles.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Business-level proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is a must.
- Proactive, structured, and detail-oriented with strong stakeholder management skills.
